Weights Room Open over Christmas
We will be keeping the weights room open over the Christmas period from Monday to Friday between 5pm and 9pm using the rear entrance on 27 Sussex Street.

Coming soon Boxing Only Session
Due to popular demand we will be starting new boxing only session in the New Year. These session will be open to all. watch this space for more details.
New K-1 kickboxing Session
Why not try something different we will be started our new K-1 kickboxing session started from Tuesday 9th Sept from 7.30 to 9pm. explosive kicks, knee strikes and punches Session will be instructed by Danny Byrne.
