we will be closing for Christmas on Saturday 20th Dec this will be the last session of 2014. Our first session back will be on Monday 5th January 2015. For those who want to keep up with a bit of training of the festive period we will be opening the weights room Monday to Friday between 5pm and 9pm using the rear entrance on 27 Sussex Street .
