Leicester Kickboxing will be holding its popular beginners course on Thursday 23rd Jan 2020.

The beginners’ course is for any-one who is new to kickboxing. If you want to get fit and into shape, kickboxing is an exciting and fun way of achieving your goal. You will not only learn how to defend yourself but also lose weight, gain confidence and make new friends in an enjoyable and fun environment.

All instructors have over 20 years’ experience in kickboxing.
