Please note, the last session will be on Friday 22nd December 6pm to 7.15pm and we will re-open in the new year on Wednesday 3rd January 2024.
We will run basic sessions on Wednesday 6pm to 7.15pm on 3rd, 10th and 17th until we start the new beginners course on the 24th Jan. All levels are welcome.

EXCITING NEWS! Due to popular request, we are now holding BEGINNER COURSES for KIDS! Our Kids’ Beginner Courses are designed to introduce kids to the world of kickboxing.
