Weights Room Open over Christmas
We will be keeping the weights room open over the Christmas period from Monday to Friday between 5pm and 9pm using the rear entrance on 27 Sussex Street.

Due to popular demand we will be starting new boxing only session in the New Year. These session will be open to all. watch this space for more details.

Adult’s Beginners Session Move to Thursday
Our popular adult kickboxing session will be moving from Tuesday nights to Thursday nights from 7.30pm to 9pm. The next course will be starting on Thursday 18th Sept to enrol visit our online shop and book online or give us a call on 07973131993.
