Weights Room Open over Christmas

We will be keeping the weights room open over the Christmas period from Monday to Friday between 5pm and 9pm using the rear entrance on 27 Sussex Street.  

December Temporary Timetable Due to Tier 3 Restrictions

Reopening update   We will be reopening on Wednesday 2nd December, but with some restrictions to comply with the current Tier 3 guidelines. A temporary timetable will be in operation

Coming soon Boxing Only Session

Due to popular demand we will be starting new boxing only session in the New Year. These session will be open to all. watch this space for more details.
