Weights Room Open over Christmas

We will be keeping the weights room open over the Christmas period from Monday to Friday between 5pm and 9pm using the rear entrance on 27 Sussex Street.  

England V Ireland Fight Night

  FIVE of our very own fighters will be representing in IRELAND all under K1 Rules. The event will take place in Derry Northern Ireland on the 24th Feb 2018.
