I have been teaching pole dancing since September 2007, I fell into it by accident at a fitness convention where I was volunteering. The moment I tried it, I loved it, and decided to bring it to Leicester – my background as a fitness professional gives me the advantage of being able to structure effective and safe classes. My aim is not only to bring fun to exercising but to incorporate exercises and stretches that are beneficial to whole body toning and conditioning, muscle maintenance and flexibility. Joining my classes is great for your body and will build your confidence, but be careful, pole dancing is very addictive!!

Wednesday Evenings 9:30pm til 10:30pm – Beginners
Beginners only classes are structured around getting to grips with the basics of pole. The classes look at simple spins, dance based choreography and routines. Building whole body strength and fitness.
Tuesday Evenings 9:30pm til 10:30pm – Intermediate/Advanced
All the classes consist of a warm up, conditioning and strength work, choreography based dance moves, pole spins and tricks and a cool down for improving flexibility.
Sunday Afternoons 4pm til 5pm/5:30pm – All levels
