JOIN OUR POLE FITNESS CLASSES

Be part of our new and exciting, womens' only, 6 week beginners' course in pole fitness. The sessions are an hour and a half and combine dance, basic gymnastics and of course classic pole dancers tricks!
We have full length mirrors, wooden floors and four heavy duty dance poles-
It’s a safe and friendly environment filled with all kinds of women who are having fun, getting fit and feeling sexy!
