Leicester Kickboxing’s annual show returns at city-centre venue, Starlite 2001 on Wharf Street on Sunday June 15th 2008. As ever, the show looks set to be a sell-out, so make sure you get you ticket early to avoid disappointment.

Heading the bill will be the long-awaited Superfight between our own Barinder Singh and Lincoln’s Shawn Burton. Barinder holds the ISKA Commonwealth Title, whilst his rival Burton holds the ISKA European Title. The winner of the 10-round bout will take both titles and all the glory!

Also featuring on the show is Al Osta looking to settle a score with Stevenage’s Andy Pollard in a re-match for the ISKA British Title which Pollard took from Osta is a highly disputed points decision in February. Al is confident he will be setting the record straight.

Brothers Karlbir and Harjinder Singh who ruled the junior circuit for years step up to the plate for their long-awaited shots at major pro titles – both fighting for the ISKA English Titles in their respective weight categories. They’re hoping to make it a quartet of title victories for the city.

On a quality packed undercard, local favourites Graham Smith, Ian Jarrams, Justin Crowson, Norman Smith, Danny Byrne and Maceij Lee are looking to extend their recent successful runs, whilst there’s a return to action for Dan Cashmore and Kelly Murray after absences from the ring.
